Throughout the day, students:
Got up close with livestock, including Merino, Poll Dorset, White Suffolk, and Suffolk sheep.
Observed shearing skills.
Explored clever agricultural inventions.
Connected with exhibitors ranging from ag‑trade suppliers to education providers.
Learned about the people and technology driving our rural industries — from wool handling demonstrations to interactive displays.
It was an immersive, hands‑on opportunity to witness the innovation, heritage, and vibrancy of our agricultural heartland. Students gained insights into sheep breeding, farm machinery, rural problem‑solving, and career pathways.
Thanks to all staff, chaperones, and exhibitors who made this learning experience possible
